Dirk and Marco Duderstadt began their carreers in 1994 by djing at various local events. In 1998 they had a highly successful start in the music industry with the founding of the project Fragma. Fragma entered top positions on salescharts worldwide (No. 1 UK, Australia, Skandinavia). Based on this unbelieveble and surprising success they had the chance to DJ at events in Australia, North America, Panama, South Africa and all over Europe. So they played at gorgeous clubs like Glow in Washington and the Room At The Top Bathgate (UK) alongside Armin van Buuren, Johan Gielen, George Acosta, Steve Helstrip etc.
Discovering their personal passion for the music, they decided to produce a new project under their real surnames Duderstadt. After they have completed some remixes for Fragma, Blank and Jones, Monoculture and Mega lo´Mania, they released a track called Mahananda on Afterglow Records which got plays by every influental DJ worldwide (Tune of the Week on ASOT, plays by Corsten, Darren Tate, Woody van Eyden etc ).
2006 it was topped by the follow up Muhanjala which has risen up to second place of the Dutch dance charts. Seven plays on Paul van Dyks radioshow, sold out vinyls after three weeks and loads of remix requests (Alex Morph, M.o.r.p.h. & van Eyden, Duende, Primate C etc.) confirms the quality of their tracks.
Later this year they will release their collaboration with the uk based singer Anita Kelsey.
Till today they have released 70 productions and sold over 1,5 million records. As they are producing some surprising side projects and co-operations, it is always worth taking a look on their website .
