Suuuuuuup?!

Euh, well ive been planning to move to canada since i got my imigration acceptance for a canadian citizenship, so i was going to continue majoring in pre med there...but i was also interested in doing something on the side, so SAE keeped popping into my head since ive been working in radio buisness for well over a year now...
So any idea if there is an SAE in canada, all my searches were in vain, any help would be appreciated :D!

I dont think SAE got a branch in Canada mate. You will find tons of other similar institutes in Canada, some of them even better then SAE.

^College for multimedia and audio education with professional degrees in audio engineering, digital film and multimedia.

Eliot if SAE is your option and choice, i would consider going to one of the branches in the middle-east (dubai or jordan), seems like a great place for advanced majors.

Its an institute where you learn the basics of audio engineering. You'll cover a bunch of things including music theory & acoustics.

There's an audio engineering course here at AUB... here's the syllabus... Please if anyone is knowledgeable about this stuff, tell me if it's interesting or not :P

Analysis of sound waveform and spectra. Introduction to psychoacoustics, study of the ear and the
human perception of sound. Design and study of various types of transducers (microphones, speaker
monitors, analog tape recorders) with technical notes on design, placement and applications. Design
and study of project and music studios. MIDI protocol and applications. Audio signal transmission
protocols and synch. Introduction to Pro-Tools.
