It might seem weird for some here to see me posting a topic about Tiesto, and it is weird for me! But it's not about music here, it's rather about something else

it looks like Tijs decided to move to the next phase. The lucky (and very young) girl's name is Stacey Blokzijl and they will get married in October 2008. I'm sure that thousands of girls around the world (and guys maybe too? who knows!) are heartbroken now :wink:

On October 10 2008 Tijs Verwest a.k.a. Tiësto and his girlfriend Stacey Blokzijl are going to get married! Last month Tiësto asked Stacey while they were visiting Mauritania.

Today Dutch newspaper 'De Telegraaf' is announcing that Tijs Verwest a.k.a. DJ Tiësto and his girlfriend Stacey Blokzijl are going to get married on October 10 2008!

Trance.nu tried to reach Tijs for a comment but he's currently unavailable on vacation. His management confirms this information to be true.

"On October 10 2008 Tijs Verwest a.k.a. Tiësto and his girlfriend Stacey Blokzijl are going to get married! Last month Tiësto proposed his 19 year old girlfriend Stacey while they were visiting Mauritania.

At the moment they are busy with the preperations of the wedding. More information regarding where the wedding will be held is unknown yet."

On a more serious note, i highly doubt that there's love in the air here! The guy is 39, if not 40. She is 19. He's terribly famous. Do the math. Most of the girls in such cases do this for money... the probability of "love in the air" is really small. But still... good luck to those two in their marriage!
