Cyberia is great, never had downtime with them ever since i subscribed.
Just make sure you get the 11 to 7 unlimited option, because they will only give it to you when you ask/beg for it
It's perfect for downloading, mine reaches 110KB/s after 11 which is good im not a heavy downloader anyway, the speed depends on your central and it's condition though, the ping latency sucks, the only ISP with good ping latency is Ogero.

Cyberia is fine but its customer support is huge shite... 3/4 of the time i call them it's busy busy busy, and that happens when there is a problem with the connection. Makes me feel like they ignore their clients... 11 to 7 unlimited option is great and i take full advantage of that they didn't have any downtime for some time now... the only thing that sucks in Lebanon is that the internet stops fully or partially working when it rains. Since ADSL uses phone lines it doesn't make sense. But it starts making sense if you realize that a lot of phone lines are outdated and need to be changed... it's even impossible to talk on the phone during the rain in some areas of Lebanon.

I'm actually happy with the IDM I have over at my place. I'm taking advantage of the 11 to 7 unlimited option, one of the best things of the IDM connection including the double speed after 11 PM! And it's actually cheap for only 33 $ a month!
