No no no i didn't give a name to a new "subgenre" i just wanted to say that Trance has a lot of emotions (makes us sad, happy, mad, etc...) and that's something i like a lot in this genre

Okay people let's get things straight:
I am NOT giving up on trance music!
I am DISCOVERING new music.

So now I am more versatile as a DJ! I can play deep/tech house, move up to techno, kick in some prog house, push it up to prog trance or prog/tech trance, then trance.

And yes, I bought also Deep Side of the Moog. The vocals are hilarious though!

I might be mostly into progressive and house but as far as I'm concerned it is still TranceHits.com ...and trance-heads are still a majority whether some of you like it or not...

Now about the Krow situation he's discovering like most of us new sounds and enjoying them...what's the big deal?? We talked in a previous topic about how people discover and like new sounds and that there is no harm in it...

And techno still annoys me (not all of it...but still) I can't listen to it for 30 continuous minutes or I'll be tempted to shove a pencil in my left ear

^ Hahaha , THAT Bad? It could be that you dont like certain types of techno, For instance you might not be into minimal, but you might enjoy dub techno.

Crow - welcome to me 12 months ago and counting! I'm referring to the senseless accusations of giving up on Trance and whatnot. You will be bombarded with A LOT more the more your musical expansion is revealed.

Because you know Khaled, Trance is the only audible music in the world, like, ever. Anything else is just not good music. And if you started out as a Trance listener but your taste evolved with time, then you're a bad bad person. God forbid you should enter the tabooed realm of the forbidden music i.e. all that is not Trance! Broadening your musical horizons is not good for your ears Crow!

You'll start seeing how if you play a set with 19 Trance tracks and 1 non-Trance tracks, you'll get people jumping up on you yelling AHAAA!!! YOU QUIT TRANCE!!!

So yeah, welcome to my world, and what I've been suffering from during the past year of musical exploration.

I gave up on genres and subgenres long time ago. Just listen to whatever the fuck you want and play sets for yourself, not for others.
