Hope this does not offend anyone, but needing drugs to 'enjoy' the music is somewhat pathetic, same as excessive alcohol drinking... But on the other hand, EDM is not everyone's cup of tea (But on the other hand I wouldn't label myself a lover of dance music if I resorted to such miserable ways to like what I hear)

well ''IMO'' (based on my knowledge) drugs like ecstasy,speed or w/e where introduced and grown in the EDM scene... bad or not bad it played a big role.

thats my opinion ofc... if u can prove otherwise ill be happy to hear

btw i dont support drugs.

Only drug i ''kinda support'' is weed.... and i do it rarely with a bunch of friends just to do something different.

Ppl that use drugs to have fun in EDM events dont really like the music and nor they respect it.

If the music is very good in a gig i get more high than any1 doing drugs and am just with a bottle of water and my ears

Tried Them All .

i must say , it may begin go0d and feels good , but then everything vanishes away when ure back to reality , thats because XTC or MDMA they boost ure serotonin which are Pleasure Cells , therefor enhancing ure Audio Experience , but when the climax ends , ull lose all ure serotonin which leads to sever depression hence , u need an another ride with the pills .

so thats why i stopped them , i enjoy music as it is now , no need to enhance anything
why ?

well i discovered a new music genre ( its new to me ) i dont know about the rest its called Dupstep , and BreakCore which actually made it up for me .

as for me those so called Trip Enhancers , are for the weakened people who consider EDM as Drug Music only .
