Palm Pre - The all-phones killer.

The new-ness is underway, and Palm just debuted its long(est) awaited all-new handset, the Palm Pre. The curvy touchscreen handset has a 3.1-inch 320 x 480 multitouch display, with a silver center button down below and touch sensitivity all down the face -- the lower part is for "gestures." A full QWERTY keyboard slides out from the phone in a portrait orientation, and you can flip the phone on its side for accelerometer-sensed widescreen browsing.

@ Nicktalopia: iPhone's physical design has won too few awards, the LG Chocolate won more awards, and although I hate the Chocolate I see that its design is pure goodness compared to the iPhone. Don't get me wrong though, the iPhone design is great, but not the best. At the end it is a matter to taste for each one of us; I personally don't like how the iPhone feels in hand and pocket.

Android right now should be shitting blocks of fear and freezing them in hell, Palm's new WebOS is out of this world, it is real innovation; easy, light , smooth and wins when it comes to UI friendliness. iPhone and Android's UIs shine, in fact, use to shine, but after seeing WebOS, it is game over for both companies unless they come up with some serious updates.

The Palm Pre does multitasking, like a real smart device, unlike iPhone's old technology of running one app at a time, which frustrating for many users, I assure you. If iPhone shines in the software part, then the Palm Pre is the sun that shines on everything right now. iPhone doesn't do Bluetooth file transfer, or MMS, or real Exchange email, or multitasking, or copy and paste, or video recording, or even a mass storage support! But, in the other hand Palm Pre does all what iPhone do and doesn't, you get it or you still don't understand how powerful Palm Pre is?

iPhone, Windows Mobiles, Nokia, HTC, including all their yet to come projects are all in deep shit, and if I was a CEO at one of these companies I would be working on something instead of BSing about how my product is good.
