The Pianist was very good but it didn't deal with Hitler directly as a person.
The best movie that dealt with Hitler personally is Downfall in my opinion.

Having said that, The Pianist is the best movie to emulate the Gustaf's terror during the war particularly against Jews.

Both great movies, but they dealt with very separate entities. I enjoyed both nonetheless.

"la Vita E Bella" is also a brilliant WW2 movie. You'll need English subtitles though as it's an Italian production. Needless to say it's ignorantly banned in Lebanon but you can easily get your hands on a pirated copy.
