That is the perfect definition of a Moron indeed. He is trying to make a point about 'Arab' life but then he is singing in English, dressed, dancing, acting, behaving like western people and representing nothing from the Arab world / culture, so what point is he trying to make?

Some people said to me: "he is singing in English so that the west can understand". You think the west gives a flying crap about him or us or how we live? + Why does he suddenly need to 'prove' a point and if needed, like that??
