You have to be viewing the Board Index (on some styles) while on others it is located in every page. So to be safe just make sure you are viewing the index (index.php) and it is located in the top area.

Issam i suggest you pick one template (Avalon Blue) and force it's use on all users, and then reinstall the old mods.
