Ah ... well, the reason they gave was 'i wasn't active for A LONG TIME =) .' Tis true ... but i'm just wondering what the other older mod's are doing too ... eh? hahaha.

I'll apply for it later ... maybe i'll get a green color and outline it with red, who knows =) .

Well, the process can be "animated" to use your term! Voting can take place! MODs and ADMs can give out the potential future MODs' names and let the members vote followed by reasons, comments and opinions! These reasons will help the MODs and ADMs see what are the potential future MODs qualifications in the members' eyes and this will so much facilitate the whole process of selecting the appropriate new MOD!

And for the "narcissistic" word, I meant the following:
"I would perfectly fit in this MOD position since I have the following criteria that I think are essential: I am loyal to TH, I got good communication skills, I am knowlageable in Trance and other EDM music bla bla bla.."
I just thought there wouldn't be much to write about in a mail!!! That's my whole point, hope you got it now JAD![/align]
